  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1 cup spicy kimchi
  • 2 eggs
