Ingredients
- 1 package Crescent Roll dough
- 1 pound smoked beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine smoked beef, shredded cheese, mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir until evenly mixed.
- Open the Crescent Roll package and separate the dough into pre‑cut triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the filling near the wide end of each triangle.
- Starting at the wide end, tightly roll the dough toward the point, pinch the tip to seal, and place seam‑side down on a parchment‑lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12‑15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
