Ingredients

- 1 pound smoked beef, diced
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup grape juice
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine smoked beef, potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Add beef broth and grape juice; stir.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese and heavy cream until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper; garnish with parsley.

- For a spicier version
