  • 1 lb ground smoked beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grape juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  4. Remove from heat, stir in butter and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Notes
