  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
