  • 1 box elbow or rotini pasta
  • 1 can Manwich sauce
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground smoked beef, breaking it up, until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the Manwich sauce, corn, and diced tomatoes. Simmer about 5 minutes.
  4. While the sauce simmers, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
