Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or Dutch oven over medium‑high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef, season lightly with salt and pepper, and sear for 2‑3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked through.
