  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 cups elbow or shell pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3‑4 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, about 6‑8 minutes; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in corn, diced tomatoes, grape juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add uncooked pasta and mix well, allowing it to coat with sauce.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13‑inch casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 25‑30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
  9. Let rest 5‑10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version
